    才知道它就是无花果

         我小时候吃过的无花果都是这种袋装的,记忆里的味道是酸酸甜甜的。 后来,一次老妈去外地出差带回来一种无花果干,很甘甜的口味。  

    前两天在市场上看到一种颜色乌红的果子,出于自己的好奇心就很有礼貌的询问了旁边的英国老奶奶,才得知原来这就是新鲜的无花果。而且老奶奶说一定要买那种熟透的,稍微有些软的才好吃。

    看看无花果有哪些营养价值吧 【转】:

    (1)健脾消食,润肠通便。无花果含有苹果酸、柠檬酸、脂肪酶、蛋白酶、水解酶等,能帮助人体对食物的消化,促进食欲,又因其含有多种脂类,故具有润肠通便的效果。  

    (2)降血脂,降血压。无花果中所含的脂肪酶、水解酶等有降低血脂和分解血脂的功能,故可降血脂,减少脂肪在血管内的沉积,进而起到降血压,预防冠心病的作用。

    (3)利咽消肿。无花果中含有柠檬酸、延胡索酸、琥珀酸、苹果酸、丙乙酸、草酸、奎宁酸等物质,具有抗炎消肿之功,可利咽消肿。

    (4)补充营养。无花果含有大量的糖类、脂类、蛋白质、纤维素、维生素、无机盐及人体必需的氨基酸等,可有效补充人体的营养成分,增强机体抗病能力。

    (5)防癌抗癌。未成熟果实的乳浆中含有补骨脂素、佛柑内酯等活性成分,其成熟果实的果汁中可提取一种芳香物质“苯甲醛”,二者都具有防癌抗癌的作用、可以预防肝癌、肺癌、胃癌的发生,延缓移植性腺癌、淋巴肉瘤的发展,促使其退化。

    另外,我还查到无花果玉米汤可以瘦身,所以想瘦身的朋友不妨试一下了!!Wink
